After a day of exploring, I ventured into Brasserie Normandie for dinner. The ambiance was refined yet welcoming, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience.As I perused the menu, I found a delightful fusion of local specialties and international flavors, showcasing the region's culinary diversity. Opting for a seafood dish, I savored each bite, appreciating the freshness and expert preparation. The attentive staff enhanced the experience, ensuring my visit was flawless.The next morning, breakfast at the hotel was bustling, but the array of sweet and savory options catered to every palate. The cappuccino machine was a welcomed touch, elevating my breakfast experience.Scandic Parken's culinary offerings and dining ambiance left a lasting impression, making it a standout choice for food enthusiasts seeking a memorable gastronomic journey in Ålesund.
